This ergonomically designed hand exerciser is widely used in rehabilitation exercises. It is designed to improve mobility by providing resistance exercise for the hands, wrists, fingers and forearms. It is ideal for developing wrist movement and flexibility following accident or injury, and will help to increase muscle tone whilst building up strength and dexterity.

The hand exerciser is available in three colour-coded resistance levels (each sold separately) to enable use as part of a progressive resistance training programme, and is particularly effective in the treatment of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, tendonitis, osteoarthritis and repetitive strain injuries.

Latex-free and non-allergenic, this product will not crack, leak, melt or tear and is easily washable and disinfectable. This item is not a toy and should be kept away from children. Do not swallow or ingest.

To use: the hand exerciser can be used for a number of unique exercises. Insert some or all of your fingers into the relevant holes and stretch, squeeze, knead and pull to build up strength and dexterity in hands, wrists, fingers and forearms. Blue represents heavy resistance, orange represents medium resistance and pink represents light resistance.
