This small, unobtrusive GPS tracker is worn around the neck on a lanyard, and is accurate within 15 metres.
The tracker has a built-in falls detector, which does have a user cancelation option should they just slip and not require assistance. It can also be managed remotely to set geofences (areas that the carer does not want the user to leave or enter) and has a free journey history feature on the associated smartphone App, available on both Android and iOS.
The tracker has a talking clock function and remote alarms can be set via the associated App. It has indoor location tracking, using local Wi-Fi where available, and a wander detection alert can be set if the user leaves the home. Up to 5 emergency contact numbers can be stored on the tracker and two way calling is also possible with a user selected number. A white list can be set up on the unit to prevent nuisance, or unwanted calls, being received.
This product has an up to 72 hour battery standby, requires a SIM card (not supplied) and has a low SIM credit alert. It is also splash proof and the battery status can be monitored on the associated App.
