Our top 10 tips for crossing the Gung Ho! finish line

Saturday 17th September will go down in infamy at NRS Healthcare as the day when three daredevil staff took on the ultimate fun run challenge at Wollaton Hall, Nottingham, and successfully raised over £300 for BBC Children in Need by completing the Gung Ho! 5K Course.

Ready, steady, Gung Ho!

After picking up their t-shirts from the dedicated Children in Need tent , Lex, Elliot and Kevin wasted no time in joining the other Children in Need runners (including BBC presenter Naomi Wilkinson) for a group warm up before hitting the 5K course in the beautiful grounds of Wollaton Hall, Nottingham.

With 10 giant inflatable obstacles to scale, the guys soon discovered that teamwork would have to prevail in order to complete the Gung Ho! Challenge and after lots of laughs, they were thrilled to cross the finish line together.

Here are their top 10 tips for taking on the Gung Ho! Ultimate 5K Fun Run.
