Our disability equipment will soon be helping others overseas
In addition to sponsoring Disability Awareness Day 2016, which was hosted by Warrington Disability Partnership (WDP), NRS Healthcare is also supporting WDP by joining the Phoenix Project which aims to provide much needed mobility/independent living aids to disabled people and people living with long-term health conditions overseas – mainly in Egypt and Sudan.
As part of the charity project, NRS Healthcare will donate a range of new and used mobility items to Warrington Disability Partnership which will then be sent overseas to help Egyptian and Sudanese people in need.
Dave Thompson MBE, Founder and Chief Executive of WDP, is thrilled to have NRS Healthcare's support.
“We are so grateful for the continuing support we are receiving from Steve and NRS Healthcare generally," Dave said when questioned about the project, "and we look forward to working with NRS Healthcare again in the future.”
