Childhood Obesity Week – download our FREE Healthy Living Family Pack

How does this Family Pack tackle childhood obesity?
The Healthy Living Family Pack includes elements for both parents and children, which can be printed at home to help encourage families to lead a healthier lifestyle, including:
- Family Activity Cards
- Family Day Out Wish List
- Daily Chores Calorie Counter (for parents)
